Telephone Capitol Access is Capitol Credit Union’s telephone transaction system that links you directly with your CCU accounts. With Telephone Capitol Access, you can conveniently verify the balances in your accounts, make transfers between accounts, hear which checks have cleared, and even stop payment on checks by using a touch-tone telephone (Touch Tone mode) or by simply speaking your command option selection (Voice Recognition mode).
To use Telephone Capitol Access, you will need:
- Your Capitol Credit Union member account number
- Your Telephone Capitol Access PIN.
